By accessing or using our Site and purchasing our homemade juices, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2.  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase any products.

3. Products

Island Fresh Natural Juices offers a variety of homemade, natural juices

  • All juices are made fresh to order using natural ingredients

  • Due to the homemade nature of our products, slight variations in color, taste, and consistency may occur

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free

  • Allergen Information: Our juices are prepared in a home kitchen that may also process common allergens such as nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from all allergens. Consumers with allergies should exercise caution and contact us directly with any concerns before placing an order

  • Health Disclaimer: Our juices are intended for consumption as a beverage and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult with a healthcare professional before making any dietary changes, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or are pregnant or breastfeeding

4.  Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our Site

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order

  • All prices are listed are subject to change without notice

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement

  • We accept the following payment methods:
          Cashapp, Zelle, PayPal, Cash

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store

5.  Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or consumed juices

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

  • We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately

6.  Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and juice recipes, is the property of Island Fresh Natural Juices or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission

7.  User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material

  • Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
 

9. Limitation of Liability
 

IN NO EVENT SHALL ISLAND FRESH NATURAL JUICES, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE
 

10. Indemnification
 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Island Fresh Natural Juices and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the Site, by you or any person using your account and password; (b) a breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another
 

11. Governing Law
 

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions
 

12. Dispute Resolution
 

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and no arbitration shall be joined with any other arbitration involving any other party
 

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 24 hours notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms
